Do you ever hit a slump in finding the perfect show to watch late at night? Do you continuously look and look for the most entertaining show to watch when you’ve got nothing better to do? I’m sure we’ve all run into this problem once or twice. Well, say no more, because boy have I got the perfect running TV show list for you to ever lay eyes on!
http://faithfamilyandtechnology.com/family/a-big-day-some-great-lessons/ First, one of my all time favorites:
The Vampire Diaries. You guys I rant and rave about this TV show. I live for TVD. I spend my every waking hour watching re-runs of this show. It’s a bit of an obsession that has gotten a little out of hand. I mean, what can I say? The way Damon Salvatore’s gorgeous blue eyes glint and glimmer when he looks at the everlastingly beautiful Elena. How Stefan and Caroline’s budding relationship makes you think, “Gosh I don’t know how this is working, but boy is this perfect”. Or when Bonnie Bennet always saves everyone else and always makes all the sacrifices but hardly ever puts herself before others. I could go on for days if you let me! Please, on behalf of myself, go watch at least one episode of this amazing TV show.

The Carrie Diaries. Really guys, who doesn’t love a good show with a leading lady set in the early 1980s? With the clothes, makeup, and hair it makes me a little envious to anyone who lived during this time. The storyline is based on a young girl living outside of Manhattan who gets a stellar job at a magazine company. She ends up falling under the wing of the editor and chief of the magazine and quickly falls into the mysterious – and challenging – role of being a working lady. This show is perfect for if you need a little girl empowerment in your life.

Reign. When I first began watching Reign I was extremely skeptical. But now, I can’t get enough! It’s got everything: a confident leading lady, two very handsome brother vying for the same girl’s love, and a thousand dark secrets to be spilt. With a new twist and turn at every never-ending corner, there is absolutely no way you can get bored of this show. The main character, Mary, Queen of Scots, is sent from a convent in France to return to French Court and marry the next king of France in order to keep the alliance between France and Scotland. But of course, like every TV sitcom there are millions of obstacles in the way. Mary faces each of these with obstacles with complete grace and looks great doing it. And that’s gotta be hard, what with at least 50 pounds of dress on.
Lastly, the perfect family show….
Once Upon A Time. Every single Sunday my family gathers around the TV to watch Once. We’ve become pretty religious about it. There is always something new with this show and it constantly keeps you on your toes. And with an endless number of characters to keep up with, you really can’t just pick it up on any random season. Once has got to have gone through almost every fairy tale character living in the enchanted forest by now. Really this show is perfect if you need something with a happy ending. There may be some stops along the ways but every episode seems to leave you wondering what will come next.
Spending time with friends and family watching TV is the perfect way to kill time and maybe procrastinate just a little. I know I do. Now that I’ve given you the best TV shows I know, you can do just that, but now a little easier. I’d love for you to comment down below what some of your favorite TV shows are too and maybe I can go watch them! Thanks for reading and enjoy your next few hours on Netflix 😉
